Allied Realty was founded in January 2007 by Mr. Clayton Hudson, a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama who graduated from the University of Alabama and is a fourth generation real estate owner/investor. He is a licensed commercial broker and contractor. Starting at the age of 18, Mr. Hudson worked for his grandfather’s real estate company. During his tenure, he learned property management, leasing and maintenance from the ground up.In 2007, Mr. Hudson started Allied Realty and Development to own and manage property in and around Tuscaloosa. The company now employs real estate agents and manages a portfolio of rental homes, apartment complexes, condominiums, and homeowners associations.
