Close to the shopping centers and the 2nd Ave bridge for easy and quick access to campus! My favorite part of living at Myers Flats is that we have an amazing view looking over Forest Lake. Big shoutout to our Maintenance guy, Jamie, who will come and fix a problem almost immediately after we submit it. Living in the Rosemary House gives us easy access to campus while also being near midtown with a majority of the food options. It is easily affordable with your own bedroom and bathroom, with plenty of closet and storage space. I highly recommend The Rosemary House and Allied Realty!
